This Charlestown project consisted of two story new construction rear addition, with a roof deck, kitchen remodel, master closet, shed and gable dormer to the main house. We’ve manage to create a master suite with a master bathroom and access to a roof deck. We added a total of 835 SF to an existing home. This additional square footage bodes well for homeowners who live in tightly condense neighborhood who are looking forward to that  additional living space. If you have been thinking you need extra living space, it may be worth your while to think about adding a second story to your home.
