FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is M&A Contractors licensed and insured?

M&A Contractors is a fully licensed and insured company. We hold a Home Improvement Registration, and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License that allow us to pull just about any building permits. We also have General Liability Insurance and Bond Surety.

How does your pricing compare to other companies?

We believe that our pricing is comparably modest to other companies and you as the owner or investor will feel more than satisfied with the craftsmanship paid for, no matter the scope of the project.

How long will it take to receive an estimate?

At M&A we do our best to deliver a proposal within a week of meeting and doing a proper walkthrough.

What about the safety of my property?

We take all needed precautionary measures when it comes to safety and property care. We make sure that if we’re doing an interior renovation to seal off the construction site to prevent debris from damaging personal property. For exterior work, we close off any section that is currently under the construction work site and inform property owners where it is safe to commute.

Could we change ideas in the middle of construction?

Yes we can! Change orders are very common in the industry. At M&A, we will look at your request and discuss with team members to see if the change order is viable at the current stage of the project. If the construction manager believes that we can fulfill your request, then we will move forward with your decision and add the charge order to the final budget.

How many crew members do you have at once?

We have five full-time employees who work with us all year round. Depending on the size of the project and the scope of work, we have sub-contractors who help us with new construction build or home remodeling projects.

Can I contact a past client for reference?

Yes, upon request we can provide you with the latest project reference, as long as they grant permission to be contacted. Therefore, you can contact any of our previous clients and ask questions about our service and the work we’ve done for them.
