This Gable dormer addition was completed for a client in Natick, MA. The house’s footprint was extended in the front, allowing the homeowner to add an additional 300 Sq.ft to their second floor which was lost due to a hip roof. We updated the siding with cement board siding and install vinyl windows.The total project value was $165,000.
