Miguel earned his Accounting and Finance degree from Central Connecticut State University and began his career consulting for construction and real estate firms. That experience sparked a passion for building, leading him to co-found M&A Contractors LLC—where he combines financial expertise with industry insight to deliver quality, integrity, and client-focused service.

Ivan Prado

Architect/Co-Founder

Ivan is a seasoned carpenter with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He began his career with major construction firms in Long Island, New York, gaining expertise in project management and site operations. Known for his craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving, Ivan consistently delivers high-quality results on time and within budget.
