Yes. We regularly phase commercial work around operating hours. On a retail storefront at the Natick Mall we worked entirely overnight, after the mall closed, and the store opened on schedule every morning.
Yes. We pull the building permits and coordinate inspections, and we manage the licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire protection contractors on the job.
It depends on scope, but we plan the schedule backwards from your reopening date and tell you before we start whether it is realistic. If we cannot hit your date we will say so rather than find out halfway through.
Yes. M&A Contractors LLC is licensed for both residential and commercial construction in Massachusetts and carries the insurance certificates landlords and property managers require.
