Fully custom, start to finish. JBS Design brought the drawings. We built every one of them.

The main floor is millwork-heavy: a coffered family room ceiling, a shiplap fireplace wall carrying white oak floating shelves, and a kitchen built around a white oak island with an X-braced end panel, a matching hood surround, and herringbone marble running the length of the backsplash. The study is floor-to-ceiling navy cabinetry with a rolling library ladder.

Downstairs stopped being a basement. It’s a media room with tiered seating, a gym, a wet bar, a game room, a built-in desk wall, and a wine cellar fitted into the volume under the stairs — effectively another floor of the house.
