Working Around Your Hours
Most of our commercial work happens in buildings that cannot simply shut down. On a retail storefront at the Natick Mall we worked entirely overnight, after the mall closed, so the store opened on time every morning. Restaurants get the same approach: phased schedules, work staged around service, and a space that is clean and usable when you need it.
Permits, Inspections and the Trades
We pull the building permits and coordinate inspections, and we manage the licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire protection contractors on your job. Restaurant projects carry health department and fire code requirements that a residential remodeler does not deal with. We are licensed for commercial work in Massachusetts and we build to those requirements.
What We Take On
We are a small to mid-sized commercial contractor. Renovations, build-outs and fit-outs are our work. We do not take on large ground-up commercial developments. If you are renovating a single restaurant, opening a second location, or refreshing a dining room between seasons, that is the size of job we do well.
